Emanuel Ibarra

Emanuel Ibarra is the Program Manager for the Herb Kelleher Center for Entrepreneurship at The University of Texas at Austin where he manages the full spectrum of the centers programs and outreach to further the Center’s role as a platform for collaboration, knowledge and venture creation, and dissemination in the areas of entrepreneurship, growth and renewal. Prior to the Herb Kelleher Center, Emanuel served as the Director of Global Technology and Innovation at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. As a part of the Global Technology and Innovation team, he was tasked with assisting in the company formation and growth of business located in the Austin region from start-up through IPO and increasing the region’s access to private equity and venture capital. Emanuel has a BBA in International Business and Interactive Games Management from Saint Edward’s University, and is currently an MBA candidate at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
