Paul Kinscherff

Born in El Paso, Paul Kinscherff pursued a corporate career after graduating with dual degrees from McCombs and LBJ at The University of Texas at Austin. His career included positions at ARCO, Lockheed, Lockheed Martin and Boeing and included considerable international experience and a wide breadth of senior assignments. At Boeing, he joined the Finance Leadership Team in 2000 and was named a Corporate Officer in 2003. At the time there were over 9,000 employees in Finance globally. His first major challenge as a senior leader was managing investor communications after 9/11, when Boeing airplanes were used as weapons by terrorists. Key leadership positions at Boeing included Vice President, Investor Relations; Vice President, Finance and Treasurer; President, Boeing Middle East (stationed in Dubai); Vice President, International Finance; and Vice President, Corporate Development (Mergers and Acquisitions). Kinscherff served on Boeing’s subsidiary boards in various locations globally, including India. Civic activities included Board Membership, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, as well as advisory board membership at UT McCombs and USC Marshall schools of business.
