Ross is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Escalate Capital, an Austin-based growth capital firm focused on technology and healthcare. Since inception the firm has invested nearly $900M in over 100 private companies. Previously, Ross was a partner at Austin Ventures where he invested in early-to-late stage software and Internet companies. Representative investments include: HomeAway, RetailMeNot, Active Network, Everyday Health, Convio, Workfront, Reactivity, Staktek, iMark, and WhisperWire. He received an MBA from the McCombs School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.
