HELP SHAPE INNOVATION AT UT
Since 2017, members of the Herb Kelleher Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board have utilized their expertise to provide strategic advice on programming to the board chair and the Herb Kelleher Entrepreneurship Center.
Board members are instrumental in launching and shaping programs that contribute to an entrepreneurial mindset in future innovators in all majors at the university.
Membership provides additional opportunities to engage with students as mentors, guest speakers, and competition judges.

What Has the Board Achieved So Far?
- Established interdisciplinary Entrepreneurship Minor for undergraduate students
- Designed Forty Acres Founders Pre-Accelerator Program
- Supported events aimed at increasing access to, and collaboration with, industries crucial to Texas economy
What Are the Board's Goals?
- Promote development of entrepreneurial mindset and skills necessary to succeed in advancement-driven economy
- Identify sustainable funding for experiential courses and programs
- Increase access to entrepreneurial support and programming by women and other underrepresented groups

- Option to attend meetings held twice a year
* Members serve a three-year term on the board, which is renewable upon the conclusion of the current term.
